FINALLY! A Quality All Natural Hair Product Line!

Sis, do you ever go to the store and get overwhelmed in the hair products section? I know I do! Even as a licensed cosmetologist I get frustrated with all the ingredient and warnings... no alcohol, no parabens, no mineral oil, etc.

Sometimes I just want to make my own products and call it a day, but who has time for that! I was actually in the market for a daily moisturizer and strongly considering concocting my own when Jasmine, the owner of Avocurl reached out to me. Imagine my relief when I realized this product line is full of all natural ingredients that promote moisture, growth, and length retention.

I recently did a video on oils that promote hair growth and 3 of the oils, 3 of my favorite oils are in the leave-in conditioner. I love it! There's so many things I can say about this product.

First Impression

Shipping was fast and the packaging was a point. It even comes with an info card that has a short description of each product. I received the leave-in and conditioning butter which are the type of products I prefer when I'm doing styles like twist-outs and braid-outs.

My Experience

I wanted my review to be unbiased so I made sure to clarify my hair before using the products. I completely deviated from my normal wash day routine I didn't do a pre-poo, I washed my hair with black soap shampoo to strip all the oils from my hair and scalp, and I also didn't use a conditioner after I washed it.

The Leave-In

Listen Linda!!!! You know it's real when I say "Linda". First, I used the leave-in conditioner. The consistency, the scent, and the tingle on my scalp... LISTEN!!!! This product is the real deal! It made my hair soft, and super easy to detangle. A little goes a long way I didn't even use 1/4 of a 2 oz bottle and the results were insane!

The Conditioning Butter

I had high hopes and expectations for the conditioning butter after using the leave-in. The butter has a very light consistency. It's easy to scoop and apply. I barely used 1/3 of a 1 oz jar. To all of my heavy handed ladies please take it easy with these products! A little truly goes a long way. These products are very potent and high quality. I honestly can't wait to use these products on my clients once quarantine is over!

Listen, these products are going to be the business under a protective style!!! I 100% guarantee these products will prevent breakage and promote length retention. If your hair is in a compromising state I highly recommend the Avocurl product line to get you back on track.
